Partner Terms & Conditions
These terms govern participation in the Brainpower Group Partner Programme. By creating a partner account you agree to them.
1. The programme
The Brainpower Group Partner Programme lets you refer clients to Brainpower Group. When a client you introduce starts working with us, your client receives €500 in development credit and you earn a recurring commission on the work we deliver for that client.
2. Commission
You earn 10% recurring commission on the net amounts we invoice your referred client for development work, for as long as that client remains active with us and you remain an active partner. Commission is calculated per calendar month and made available in your dashboard, where you can download a self-billed credit invoice for each month.
3. Staying an active partner
To remain a partner and keep receiving commission you must stay active. Concretely, you must realise at least one introduction meeting every six (6) months. If no introduction meeting takes place within a six-month period, your participation in the programme, and the associated commission entitlement, may be paused or ended.
4. Payouts
Commission is settled by self-billing on the 1st of each month for the preceding month, to the IBAN in your payout settings. You are responsible for keeping your payout and invoicing details (IBAN, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce number, billing address) accurate and up to date. Where VAT applies, it is handled in accordance with Dutch tax rules.
5. Your client's €500 credit
The €500 development credit is granted once per newly referred client, applied to their first engagement with Brainpower Group. It is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Fair use
Introductions must be genuine and made with the client's knowledge. Self-referrals, fake leads, or misleading representations of Brainpower Group are not permitted and end participation in the programme.
7. Changes and ending
Either party may end participation in the programme at any time. Commission already accrued for active clients up to the end date remains payable, subject to these terms. Brainpower Group may update these terms; material changes are communicated to active partners.
